I have always been competitive when it comes to my clients’ hosting. I also try to keep increases in hosting expenses at a minimum. Of course, with server licensing, upgrades and features, those are inevitable. Just know that with other companies charging sometimes 100s of dollars per month for similar services, I will always strive for fair, competitive pricing.

Extra Storage Fees – I have also adopted per user increased fees in hosting based on data storage needs (which increase leasing fees on my part). You will see an increase based on overage past 10 GB of storage used. Please note that the vast majority of clients never reach 10 GB of space and overage is almost always caused by email accumulation. I’m certainly happy to allow you to clear out older email for an adjustment to alleviate any overage fees (just contact me and we’ll get it sorted!). In some cases, however, larger video files, audio files and the like can cause of space increases.
